About us
The Greek Peak Ski Club is a non-profit, membership based organization that operates on the premises of Greek Peak Mountain Resort. We are a separate 501(c)3 corporation.
The club is governed by a Board of Directors, which is elected by the membership to serve two-year terms. The Board of Directors consists of President, Vice-President, Immediate Past President, Secretary, Treasurer and six Members-at-Large.
The club charges members less than the cost of training and makes up the difference through fund raisers.
It is important for all members to know that you are joining a club and not purchasing a service. All members are part of the GPSC community, which includes required volunteer commitments.
Our Mission
We aspire to be the premier race club in central New York. Our philosophy for our athletes is simple:
- To make skiing a life-long sport
- To develop the skiing abilities of our young athletes
- To provide high quality alpine race training and racing experiences
- To have fun
Inclusion Statement of Commitment
The Greek Peak Ski Club is committed to being an inclusive and welcoming community where athletes can thrive. GPSC strives to create equitable and respectful training and race environments surrounding, but not limited to, gender, race, ethnicity, culture, religion, sexual orientation, gender expression and other intersecting identities.
